Enable Bluetooth and Wifi on Ubuntu

sudo rfkill unblock all 
sudo hciconfig hci0 down 
sudo rmmod btusb 
sudo modprobe btusb 
sudo hciconfig hci0 up 

just tried it for bluetooth – but after reboot – wifi popped up as well.
also try powering off – not just restarting!
